"Not Quite What They Promise"
The crust actually came out good, but the toppings were all over the place. They make it seem like you’re getting a nice, evenly loaded pizza, but in reality some bites had plenty and others had barely anything. Kind of disappointing.

"Easy Weeknight Pickup"
I ordered online after work, and my pizza was sitting there ready right when I walked in. The pickup counter was quick and easy, and the staff had everything boxed up neatly, which I really appreciated. The pizza was hot, the crust had a nice crisp to it, and it made dinner on a busy weeknight a lot less stressful. Only downside was the parking situation, which could definitely be better, but the overall experience was smooth and convenient

"Good Deal, Whenever We Ended Up Ordering"
I can’t remember if we ordered last week or the week before, but either way the prices felt fair and the pizzas were enough to fill us up. We used a coupon too, which definitely made it feel more worth it. Overall, a solid choice when we’re trying to keep dinner easy and not spend too much.

I order from Papa Murphy’s regularly, and one thing I really appreciate is that the pizza size is always consistent. When I get a large, it actually feels like a large every time, not like they’re cutting corners depending on the day. That makes it way easier to order for my family, i think it’s a good value for what you get. No weird surprises, just solid pizza and reliable portions.

"Super easy directions"
I grabbed a pizza to take home, and the baking instructions were right there where I could actually notice them, which I appreciated. The oven temp, time, and even which rack to use were all clear. I was kind of thinking I’d have to guess a little, like I usually end up doing with frozen or take-home stuff, but nope. It came out really good and was easy the whole way.

"Surprisingly painless phone order"
I called in my order and, shockingly enough, it was actually easy. The person on the phone was friendly and repeated everything back to me, which was helpful since I had a couple of changes and apparently enjoy making simple orders slightly complicated. Pickup time was close to what they told me too. I did sit on hold a bit longer than I expected, but it wasn’t the end of the world. Overall, a solid experience

I order from papamurphys.com fairly often, and the rewards thing is actually nice. The points show up after I place an order, and I’ve already gotten a few discounts from it. It’s not one of those complicated setups either, which I appreciate. Just makes ordering pizza feel a little more worth it and all that...

They didn’t skimp on the toppings at all. Everything was loaded up nicely and spread out evenly, so every bite had something good on it, no sad empty spots 🙂

"So Many Pizza Options"
They have an almost ridiculous number of pizza options, and I’m 100% convinced anyone could find something they like here. I love how easy it is to swap toppings around and basically build it exactly how we want. The only thing I’d say is I definitely wish they had a few more sauce choices, because that would make it even better. But overall, it’s a really solid spot for pizza.

"Clean and well kept"
I stopped in after work the place was really clean. The counters looked wiped down, the floors weren’t covered in crumbs, and even the waiting area was kept neat. I always notice that kind of thing when food is being made right in front of you, and some places act like it doesn’t matter, but it definitely does. The staff were moving quickly but still keeping everything tidy, which made me feel good about ordering there. Simple thing, but I appreciated it. I’ll be back

I’ve ordered from papamurphys.com a few times now, i’ve been happy with it. I’m always a little hesitant with online pizza orders because something usually gets missed, but so far everything has come exactly how I picked it, extra cheese, no onions, different crusts, all of it. Pickup has been easy too, and the staff had it ready just like it showed online. Nothing too exciting, I guess, but it’s nice when your food is actually made the way you ordered it.

I’ve ordered from Papa Murphy’s a handful of times, and the delivery has been dependable for the most part. One order showed up a little late, but I’m guessing traffic or the app timing was probably to blame, so it wasn’t a huge deal. The food still arrived fresh and in good shape. Overall, reliable, just not perfect every single time.

"Crust is usually consistent"
The crust is usually even and the thickness stays consistent most of the time. One pizza I got was a little thicker than usual, but it wasn’t a huge deal. I will say, after paying I felt a bit unsure because I wasn’t totally confident it would come out the way it normally does, but overall it was still decent.
